Our latest innovation, the Klein Tools premium KARBN full brim hard hat, has been engineered for optimal safety, cool comfort, and a cutting-edge fit. Unique features allow users to work comfortably in a wide variety of applications and demanding environments. Patented accessory mounts on the front and back ensure our Klein headlamps attach securely without the need for any straps.

The hard hat's stylish, modern, and durable hydro-dipped polymer film KARBN pattern is built on a rugged PC/ABS composite. Tested up to 20kV, this Class E Type 1 hard hat meets the rigorous safety standards of ANSI Z89.1-2014, CSA Z94.1-15, and EN397:2012+A1:2012-5.2.4 (Lateral deformation-LD), EN12492:2012-4.2.1.2, 4.2.1.3, 4.2.1.4 (Front/Back/Side Impact).

For added comfort, the hard hat features a machine washable, breathable, padded sweat-wicking sweatband and top pad with advanced evaporative technology. Simply wet and shake the pad for hours of cooling relief. The easy, one-handed adjustment with a large knob ratchet mechanism allows for a precise fit, even with gloves on, and the soft neck pad pivots to clear bandana knots and ponytails.

Versatility is further enhanced by the universal accessory slots on both sides of the hard hat, enabling the attachment of hearing protection, face shields, and more. This model also includes the Klein Rechargeable Headlamp (Cat No. 56062) with a charging cable, providing a complete solution for professional-grade head protection and illumination.
