The DAX Hard Hat is a full brim, fiber reinforced resin hard hat designed to offer outstanding protection in hot and dangerous industries. It features a 6 point suspension system for superior comfort and impact protection, along with an innovative synthetic leather comfort dome and an over-sized ratcheting fitment dial that makes adjustment easy even while wearing gloves.

The fiber reinforced hardhat weighs an average of 415 grams without the suspension system, and 475-566 grams with the suspension system. It meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 REQUIREMENTS FOR TYPE 1 CLASS G, and has been tested to radiant heat loads producing temperatures up to, but not exceeding, 350˚ F (177˚ C).

The carbon fiber reinforced resin shell provides superior structural rigidity, and the brim grip, exclusive design provides a secure feel. The perforated synthetic leather comfort dome features a molded EVA foam insert for additional shock absorbing protection to the top of the head.

The oversized ratcheting fitment dial allows for easy size adjustment, even with gloves on, while the 6 point suspension system ensures a secure and comfortable fit.
